Adore Dance
Public Relations
The Client:
Adore Dance is a dance school for all ages based in East London. The school is led by world-class professional dancer turned fully IDTA qualified & experienced dance teacher, Connor Taylor. At Adore Dance, alongside partner Joe Watson, he has built a team of professional teachers, with a drive to open up high-quality dance lessons to more people in the local area.
The Brief:
As a new dance school, Adore Dance wanted to establish credibility in the field, increase the number of students attending classes, and generate links back to the website.
Our Approach:
We worked to create a highly targeted press strategy in order to reach their target audience, crafting multiple press releases on different themes, in order to appeal to the widest range of press.
We targeted both local and national press, as well as industry-specific publications.
Results:
We have achieved over 20 placements, including press local to the dance school, such as My London, BBC Radio London and the Hackney Gazette. We also achieved placements in industry-specific press such as the IDTA Magazine, and wider publications including the Independent, Metro and a series of broader UK local news sites.
One particular release, focused around Cleft Palate Awareness Week, saw 28 backlinks, and prompted further charity partnerships, whilst encouraging readers to come forward and share support for their story.
