After a recent acquisition, Elida wanted to bring their senior team together for a day of learning, development, and connection. The event would kick off with a pre-event dinner for some attendees, followed by a full day of meetings, an engaging team activity, and a celebratory dinner. Goho was tasked with finding the perfect venue and creating an agenda that balanced work, play, and plenty of memorable moments.
Sugar Studios wanted to branch out from their traditional focus on filming and diversify into hosting events. The goal was to showcase the full potential of their spaces with an experiential event that would captivate an audience of around 300 attendees, mostly from the events industry.
Tile Hill wanted to organise two residential leadership offsites for their senior team. The ideal venue? A country or stately home-style location in the suburbs or North West London, offering an inspiring yet comfortable environment. Each offsite needed to accommodate 12–14 attendees, including trainers, for two nights. The schedule included two full days of training with catering throughout, an afternoon team activity, and a private dining experience to round off the event.
The venue had to be easily accessible—either local to Tile Hill’s Kings Cross office or near a major railway station. The party needed thoughtful touches, fun activities, and branding that reflected Tile Hill’s identity while keeping guests entertained.
Phenom People wanted to make a statement at the annual Unleash conference in Paris with a fringe event for around 30 VIP guests. The goal? Something wow and experiential—an event their clients would rave about long after the conference was over.
TERN needed to make a splash at the Care Show in Birmingham with a last-minute opportunity to exhibit. On top of that, they wanted to host a drinks reception, roundtable, and dinner at a nearby hotel for local authority professionals, focusing on topics like immigration and NHS recruitment challenges. No pressure, right?
Following their February 2024 launch event The State of Nature, which was a hit with local business owners, politicians, and stakeholders, NPT LNP wanted their next event to dial down the formality and turn up the fun. The goal? Celebrate their hard work, engage the public (especially kids), and spark a love for nature in the next generation
Tile Hill wanted to treat their entire team to an unforgettable offsite during the Paris 2024 Olympics. This three-day trip needed to balance company learning and updates with time to soak up the Olympic magic and the best of Paris. From Eurostar bookings to accommodation, entertainment, and Olympic activities, they handed the reins to Goho to make it all happen.
Gootopia is the UK’s very first high street slime store. Offering a range of exciting activities and experiences, including slime-making parties, school science workshops and birthday parties, Gootopia is the ultimate destination in London for everything slime-related.
The client asked us to event manage her 50th Birthday party from end to end, from venue find to all of the elements on the night and event management on the day. As a big fan of musical theatre, Emmanuelle wanted this as her theme for the party. She liked the idea of live music as well and she trusted us to design, produce and manage the entire event from scratch.
EY engaged Goho to produce and deliver a fringe event around UKREiiF, The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum Conference which happens annually at The Royal Armouries in Leeds. EY wanted to entertain a number of key public sector attendees and clients who would be attending UKREiiF.
Neath Port Talbot Local Nature Partnership hired us to plan and deliver an event to launch their State of Nature Report, as well as their Nature Recovery Plan. They wanted this to be a high profile event, bringing together local business owners, politicians, and stakeholders to take their excellent work forward.
We assisted Dale Carnegie to hold their first networking event to showcase their brand and development and training programme.
People Cert, the global leader in exam and certification management, were hosting the launch of their new book Prince 2.7 and asked us to support on the programming and delivery of the event.
Miracle Design & Play, providers of fun, imaginative and safe outdoor play areas, wanted to hold an away day for their entire team that was to consist of one or a number of fun activities in the day with lunch and ending with dinner and a party for the entire team.
Phenom were exhibiting at the Gartner Conference at the Intercontinental O2 and wanted our help to arrange a unique and immersive networking experience to host current and future clients. They requested support with sourcing a venue, decoration, entertainment, catering, drinks and full event management.
PPI London, the Indonesian Students Association, needed support from Goho to provide all technical provisions and management of their festival event stage at their Resonance of Indonesia event. Our approach was to be the voice of experience, to support and help facilitate the client's vision for the event. Our results were clear, everything ran to time, with few challenges on the day ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all artists and talent on the stage.
IT Revolution publish bestselling books such as The Phoenix Project, Team Topologies, and Accelerate, as well as guidance papers authored by enterprise technology leaders and industry luminaries. This all comes together at their annual DevOps Enterprise Summits in the US and Europe. Goho were asked to provide event and registration support for the entire three-day conference in Amsterdam. The results were great, and the client praised our efficiency, our quick thinking and problem-solving, our conscientiousness and our positive attitude towards getting the job done.
Goho was asked by DRW, a trading firm based in central London, to organise an event to be held on-site at their Leadenhall office in London, with around 70 guests attending. The event was a huge success, and everyone loved the Apres Ski themed decorations, food and drink and has led to DRW wanting Goho to support on all future events.
Goho was asked by Interflora to help organise the relaunch of their refurbished office and connect the team after the pandemic. Our team created a unique experience for the 180 guests, with a five-sense stimulating event, "The Sense of Connection". The event was a huge success, leaving guests smiling and re-connected. IMMO Capital wanted to bring their team together from all over the world for an unforgettable experience, and we made it happen in just 7 weeks! We scoured the globe for the perfect venue and took care of every single aspect from the AV, to the entertainment, to local activities. The guests enjoyed group sessions, team building activities, and even wine tasting in the beautiful vineyards. The feedback was absolutely brilliant and the team had a fantastic time!
The Norse Group wanted to connect with key Local Authority Chief Executives, and we knew we had to create an event that provided a rich return on their time invested, as well as provide an experience they couldn’t get elsewhere. So, we decided to deliver a roundtable lunch, hosted in a private dining room with a private terrace, giving panoramic views of the London skyline. EY trusted Goho to create an intimate lunch for their key clients during a conference in Bournemouth, with the goal of engaging with current clients and connecting with potential new business leads. We faced numerous challenges, but we didn't let that stop us! We created a luxurious and intimate lunch experience at a couple-run, contemporary fine-dining restaurant, located just outside of Bournemouth. Guests were treated to a 7 course tasting menu. Vogue Business Talent teamed up with Goho to throw an exclusive dinner party to celebrate the launch of their new business division. But it wasn't all champagne and caviar, we faced the challenge of creating an event that aligned with the high-end Vogue brand. We found the perfect venue, with panoramic views of London and a delicious 5-course sharing style tapas meal. The event delighted Vogue Business Talent's clients and partners, whilst also staying on budget.
GIG, the flexible staffing agency, teamed up with Goho to shake things up and bring a much-needed fresh perspective to the hospitality industry. They hosted two panel discussions with industry leaders, in London and Glasgow. Goho scoured both cities for the perfect venues, and invited the who's who of the industry to join in on the discussions about the future of hospitality. The events were a hit, with over 60 attendees praising the discussions, and even taking ideas back to their own organisations.
After rapid growth during lockdown, IMMO Capital wanted to hold its first ever whole company-wide offsite for 150 people. They wanted to find a hotel that had excellent conference facilities as well as the space to host a relaxed dinner on the first night and a gala dinner on the final evening. It was also going to be the first time that most of the team had met in person so it was really important for the right set up.
WagIt, wanted to make a big bark in London and threw an exclusive, invite-only birthday bash to showcase their brand values, and raise awareness through social media. We got our tails wagging and planned the ultimate party, complete with paw-some invites, decorations and gifts. The guest list included some of the most popular influencers, with a combined Instagram following of over 80k. The party was a huge success, generated a ton of buzz on social media, and helped establish WagIt as a top dog in the dog-friendly world.
