Phenom People - Unleash Paris Fringe Event

The Client

Phenom People is an American global Intelligent Talent Experience platform that uses intelligence and automation to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and employees throughout their journey.

The Brief

Phenom People wanted to make a statement at the annual Unleash conference in Paris with a fringe event for around 60 VIP guests. The goal? Something wow and experiential—an event their clients would rave about long after the conference was over.

Our Approach

When it comes to unforgettable events, Paris is our playground. We dove into the city’s finest experiences, offering our client a menu of ideas guaranteed to impress:

Suite hire and private party at the world-famous Plaza Athénée.

Cocktail reception at the Paris National Library.

Champagne soirée at Atelier des Lumières Art Gallery.

Chef’s Table at Le Meurice.

Wine tasting and charcuterie at O’Chateau wine vaults.

But the idea that stole the show? A quintessentially Parisian experience:

1. A vintage French Citroën car tour through the city, ending with guests dropped off at…

2. Pavillon Étoile—a stunning Parisian apartment with views of the Arc de Triomphe, where we hosted an exclusive reception.

We pulled out all the stops:

• Catered canapés and a full-service bar.

• French-branded macarons for a chic, edible touch of branding.

• A DJ to keep the atmosphere buzzing.

• Bespoke magnetic decals for the Citroën cars, ensuring every moment was on-brand and Instagrammable.

The Results

The event day wasn’t without challenges, but we don’t do half measures:

• Traffic chaos? No problem. We brought lollipop signs to guide guests to the cars when they couldn’t reach the conference centre directly.

• More guests than expected? We quickly arranged additional food and taxis to ensure everyone felt included.

The result? A flawlessly executed event that left guests wowed and the client thrilled.
