Marketing - Personal Brand Training
The Client:
The Financial Ombudsman Service settles individual disputes between consumers and businesses that provide financial services.
The Brief:
The Financial Ombudsman Service asked Goho to deliver personal branding training to their Senior Leadership team.
Key Challenges:
Finding a time that all of the leadership team could attend
Delivering the workshop in a way that wouldn’t disrupt the teams day, while getting them out of their usual routine.
Our Approach:
We needed to deliver a half-day workshop to effectively train the team on the importance of personal branding. We wanted the team to be able to fully concentrate on the content without the distractions of their day jobs. Therefore we organised the workshop to be held in a creative space in East London.
During the session, Goho helped the team to identify their current personal brand and how best to communicate their personal value proposition; through projects they lead, networks they develop and the steps they take in everyday situations.
We used a range of techniques to suit an array of learning styles, from group activities to individual learning. The session aimed to equip each person with a better awareness of themselves and their purpose so that they can continue to manage and lead in a unique, authentic and effective way.
We also organised for ample refreshments and catering (including delicious crosstown doughnuts to get those creative juices flowing!)
The Results:
We successfully delivered thought-provoking and effective training to a team of 8.
