Event - Annual General Meeting
The Brief:
The organisation holds an annual general meeting for their partners and clients. Following a few issues at their previous AGM, the organisation were keen to enlist professionals to ensure the smooth running of this important annual event.
Key Challenges:
The client wanted to have a well-conditioned venue with high-quality coffee and outstanding catering. However, the organisation had already secured the venue, which had no air-con, in-house catering and only filter coffee on offer.
The client wanted two keynote speakers that aligned with their organisation and appealed to their clients (who were flying in from Europe and the US).
Our Approach:
We worked closely with the venue & external suppliers to ensure that the client’s three priorities were addressed. In result, we had Dyson airers installed on the day, conducted vigorous menu tasting and organised a full coffee bar to be present with baristas to provide fresh coffee throughout the event.
Goho identified potential keynote speakers for the event that fitted within the clients budget and guided the client through the process, from briefing call to booking. We sourced high quality branded items & branded gift bags for each of the guests, including Moleskine notebooks, cross pens, Swedish sweets and Revolut bank cards.
We created detailed itineraries for the event, ensuring each presentation, speech, coffee break and guest arrival was accounted for. Throughout the day we ensured the event ran to time, AV support was available, name badges were supplied and our clients were happy.
The Results:
Successfully delivered the two day event for our clients, exceeding each requirement, coming in under budget
