TERN Group is a pioneering tech company formed in August 2023. They are dedicated to addressing the talent shortage problem in the health and care sectors by connecting skilled individuals with their dream jobs through a unique, ethically driven, and efficient platform.
The Brief:
TERN Group would like to raise awareness of their platform to their target audience of healthcare professionals and companies. They would also like to promote the social aspect of the company, drawing and highlighting the lived experiences of highly-skilled migrant workers and how TERN Group can support their job search and integration into society.
Our Approach:
To achieve the client's goal, we focused on targeting reputable news and tech-based publications. We pitched articles and interviews with TERN Group’s CEO Avinav Nigam, who shared the company’s story, mission and values. The publications positioned TERN Group as a trusted and caring company, and an expert in the field of ethical healthcare recruitment.
